Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place the figs and stone fruits in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 2

Add orange juice and toss.

Step 3

Heat a griddle pan until hot.

Step 4

Add fruits (figs and stone fruits that have been mixed with orange juice) and cook for a minute or two on each side until charred and softened.

Step 5

Remove and set aside to cool.

Step 6

Spoon yogurt into bowls and top with cooked fruits, grapes and nuts and top why honey.
