Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 figs, halved
  • 6 apricots or plums, halved and pitted
  • 3 nectarines or peaches, quartered and pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt, mounded (strained)
  • Grapes, halved
  • Nuts, your choice, chopped
  • 1/3 cup honey (floral type of honey such as orange blossom honey)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the figs and stone fruits in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.

  • Step 2: Add orange juice and toss.

  • Step 3: Heat a griddle pan until hot.

  • Step 4: Add fruits (figs and stone fruits that have been mixed with orange juice) and cook for a minute or two on each side until charred and softened.

  • Step 5: Remove and set aside to cool.

  • Step 6: Spoon yogurt into bowls and top with cooked fruits, grapes and nuts and top why honey.
