Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil and add onions, garlic and cabbage.
Step 2
Add rest of ingredients except pasta.
Step 3
Simmer 90 minutes adding water as needed.
Step 4
Add pasta and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Season to taste.
Step 6
Garnish with fresh parsley.
