Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat eggs with a fork until light and lemon-colored.

Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to eggs and mix well.

Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

I had a recipe just like this on Food.com, but it appears that it has been deleted. I love this egg casserole. it reminds me so much of chili rellenos. Very easy to make and a great breakfast dish.
