Green Beans & Egg Noodles with Sausage
"I had both left over green beans and egg noodles and came up with this after reading a similar recipe on line. You can use any kind of sausage - I used chicken sausage. Or even ground beef, just brown it before adding veggies."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions, meanwhile -
Step 2
Heat butter in a skillet, saute onions and green peppers until onions are translucent. Add garlic and sauté for another minute - don't burn garlic!
Step 3
Add slices of sausage, pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning and green beans. Stir together. Heat together on medium-low heat.
Step 4
Drain noodles and add to sausage mixture, stir in the extra butter if necessary.
Step 5
Taste for salt and adjust if necessary.
Step 6
Serve with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese.
