Interesting way to serve green bean casserole. I was only making 2 of them, and glad I hadn't planned for all 4, as the Alexia onion rings were not very uniform in size and most were too small, so I picked the larger ones out to use. I will use the remaining green bean mix in soup. The 2 that I did make were really good, and this went well with our non-traditional Thanksgiving dinner (leg of lamb).
