Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a 15 x 10-inch baking sheet with parchment paper then lightly coat with cooking spray.

Step 2

Mix the oats, peanuts, Craisins, seeds, cinnamon, condensed milk and butter in a bowl. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and bake until golden, about 35 minutes. Cool slightly, then lift off the baking sheet onto a flat surface. Peel off the parchment paper and cut into bars. Wrap individually in plastic wrap or store in an air tight container.
