Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 1/2 cups rolled or quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup craisins
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a 15 x 10-inch baking sheet with parchment paper then lightly coat with cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Mix the oats, peanuts, Craisins, seeds, cinnamon, condensed milk and butter in a bowl. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and bake until golden, about 35 minutes. Cool slightly, then lift off the baking sheet onto a flat surface. Peel off the parchment paper and cut into bars. Wrap individually in plastic wrap or store in an air tight container.
