"This is a real crowd pleaser. They are so surprised when they bite into one and find it is a grape. One person suggested to me that you could even add a bit of finely chopped ginger. Chill time is not included in the prep time. The recipe makes about 6 dozen grapes."

Step 1
Beat together the mayo and the cream cheese until smooth
Step 2
Roll the grapes in the cream cheese mixture, coat each grape
Step 3
Put the chopped nuts on a sheet of wax paper and roll each grape in the nuts so they are coated
Step 4
On an attractive platter arrange the grapes so they resemble a cluster of grapes, decorate with a couple of green leaves or silk leaves
Step 5
Place platter loosely covered in the fridge for at least an hour - you want the grapes to be well chilled
