Mix all the ingredients together in a big enough bowl to hold everything.
Cover and put in the fridge for a couple of hours to let the dried onions rehydrate.
Spark the BBQ on high.
In the meantime, make three patties with the meat, about 1/2 an inch thick.
Place on the grill and close the cover. Cook for 3 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
Move the patties to the top rack of BBQ.
Heat your buns on the hot grill until nice and crispy.
Place patties on buns and top with your favorite stuff.
