Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together in a big enough bowl to hold everything.
Step 2: Cover and put in the fridge for a couple of hours to let the dried onions rehydrate.
Step 3: Spark the BBQ on high.
Step 4: In the meantime, make three patties with the meat, about 1/2 an inch thick.
Step 5: Place on the grill and close the cover. Cook for 3 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 6: Move the patties to the top rack of BBQ.
Step 7: Heat your buns on the hot grill until nice and crispy.
Step 8: Place patties on buns and top with your favorite stuff.
