  • 28 grams dry onion soup mix (1 envelope)
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 3 hamburger buns

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together in a big enough bowl to hold everything.

  • Step 2: Cover and put in the fridge for a couple of hours to let the dried onions rehydrate.

  • Step 3: Spark the BBQ on high.

  • Step 4: In the meantime, make three patties with the meat, about 1/2 an inch thick.

  • Step 5: Place on the grill and close the cover. Cook for 3 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 3 minutes.

  • Step 6: Move the patties to the top rack of BBQ.

  • Step 7: Heat your buns on the hot grill until nice and crispy.

  • Step 8: Place patties on buns and top with your favorite stuff.
