Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Beat softened butter until creamy, then slowly add sugar, vanilla and amaretto until you have a thick batter.
Step 3
Add the egg and beat on high for about half a minute.
Step 4
Mix rice flour with corn starch
Step 5
And baking powder, then stir in the almond flour.
Step 6
Stir flour mix into butter mix until well combined.
Step 7
With two teaspoons drop small heaps onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
Step 8
Bake cookies about 12 minutes.
