Step 1

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Place onions in butter and cover for 5 minutes or so. Remove lid and turn over. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top. Cover for 2 minutes and remove from pan. Let rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve (For softer onions cook longer)
