Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds onions (2 large Walla Walla sweet onions or similar, sliced into about 1/2-ich thick slices)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Place onions in butter and cover for 5 minutes or so. Remove lid and turn over. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top. Cover for 2 minutes and remove from pan. Let rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve (For softer onions cook longer)
