"If you like sauerkraut you will like this pizza. It is very easy and quick to put together. This can easily be gluten free by using gluten free tortilla shells, I use the UDIs brand."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place one tortilla shell on a baking sheet, top with 3 slices provolone cheese and top with the second tortilla shell.
Step 2
Spread the sauce evenly over the top shell.
Step 3
Top with German salami, remaining provolone cheese, sauerkraut, onion and pickled peppers.
Step 4
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven on middle rack and cook for 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Step 6
Turn the broiler on and place on the top rack; broil for 3 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
Step 7
Remove from oven and allow to cool a few minutes before slicing.
