Step 1: Place one tortilla shell on a baking sheet, top with 3 slices provolone cheese and top with the second tortilla shell.
Step 2: Spread the sauce evenly over the top shell.
Step 3: Top with German salami, remaining provolone cheese, sauerkraut, onion and pickled peppers.
Step 4: Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven on middle rack and cook for 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Step 6: Turn the broiler on and place on the top rack; broil for 3 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
Step 7: Remove from oven and allow to cool a few minutes before slicing.
