"This is high flavor that works well on grilled or baked chicken breasts or tenders. Guests always ask for the recipe. But place leftovers in an airtight container or else your fridge will be overwhelming with garlic the next day! Prep time does NOT include the need to marinate the chicken for at least 8 hours, preferably over night, in the fridge. This will easily be enough for two pounds of chicken breasts or tenders."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 2

Place the chicken in an airtight shallow container (like rubbermaid or tupperware) and pour the marinade over the chicken.

Step 3

Let it marinate for at least 8 hours, turning over once during that time.

Step 4

Either grill or bake at 400 degrees to desired level (about 15 minutes if baking).
