Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a shallow bowl combine egg, minced garlic milk until very well combined. In second shallow bowl stir together flour, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and paprika.

Step 2

Coat each tenderloin in the egg/garlic/milk mixture, then dredge in the seasoned flour.

Step 3

Place the tenders onto a rack. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Place chicken in batches in deep fryer and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for 3 more minutes.

I made these using 1/2 ground rice crisp cereal in lieu of the 1 cup flour and this tasted delicious. DH and DD both loved these.

These were great, the coating wasn't what I thought it would be but never the less it was good and something I would make again, I think 1 cup of flour was to much so I'l reduce the amount next time, thank Meri-RN
