Step 1: In a shallow bowl combine egg, minced garlic milk until very well combined. In second shallow bowl stir together flour, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and paprika.
Step 2: Coat each tenderloin in the egg/garlic/milk mixture, then dredge in the seasoned flour.
Step 3: Place the tenders onto a rack. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Place chicken in batches in deep fryer and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for 3 more minutes.
