Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 egg (beaten lightly)
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt (seasoned salt)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 pounds chicken (breast boneless, sliced into strips and for easier slicing slice semi- frozen)
  • Canola oil for deep frying

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a shallow bowl combine egg, minced garlic milk until very well combined. In second shallow bowl stir together flour, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and paprika.

  • Step 2: Coat each tenderloin in the egg/garlic/milk mixture, then dredge in the seasoned flour.

  • Step 3: Place the tenders onto a rack. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.

  • Step 4: Place chicken in batches in deep fryer and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for 3 more minutes.
