Step 1

Preheat broiler. Melt together butter lemon and garlic. Place bread on cookie sheet. Brush bread halves with butter mixture. Sprinkle each bread half with Parmesan. Season with paprika salt and pepper. Broil until golden brown (Keep an eagle eye on it so as not to burn). Cut into 1-inch-wide slices and serve.

NOTE: This can also be done in the the oven at 350-degrees F for more time until golden.

I used an small Italian loaf and cut it in half horizontally and only used one half which was plenty for me with an seafood pizza. Thank you ForeverMama for a delicious side to my pizza, made for For Your Consideration tag game at FF&F.
