Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat broiler. Melt together butter lemon and garlic. Place bread on cookie sheet. Brush bread halves with butter mixture.
Step 2
Sprinkle each bread half with Parmesan.
Step 3
Season with paprika salt and pepper.
Step 4
Broil until golden brown (Keep an eagle eye on it so as not to burn).
Step 5
Cut into 1-inch-wide slices and serve.
NOTE: This can also be done in the the oven at 350-degrees F for more time until golden.
