Step by Step Method
Step 1
Beat egg white until stiff.
Step 2
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, salt, cooled melted chocolate, egg yolk and milk.
Step 3
Gently fold egg white in mixture.
Step 4
Spoon mixture into buttered individual custard cups.
Step 5
Set cups into pan of water.
Step 6
Bake 30 to 35 minutes in moderate oven or until done.
