Step 1: Beat egg white until stiff.
Step 2: Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, salt, cooled melted chocolate, egg yolk and milk.
Step 3: Gently fold egg white in mixture.
Step 4: Spoon mixture into buttered individual custard cups.
Step 5: Set cups into pan of water.
Step 6: Bake 30 to 35 minutes in moderate oven or until done.
