Step by Step Method
Step 1
The fruit must be chilled before making the salad.
Step 2
To make the sauce: skin and stone the fruit and then place the mango fruit, passion fruit pulp and the water in a food processor and process and then strain and chill.
Step 3
To prepare the fruit: In a large bowl place the sliced bananas, peeled and sliced kiwi, sliced plums, grapes and sliced peach.
Step 4
Spoon sauce into individual dishes and then arrange the fruit over the sauce and squeeze lime juice over the fruit and garnish with mint leaves. If not serving immediately, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
