"Summer 2017's newest cocktail fad. This version is a bit easier, as it doesn't require you to freeze the rosé into cubes. Just dump everything into the blender, and voila! (Strawberry simple syrup is easy to make... equal parts water and sugar, bring to a boil and stir until dissolved. For 1/4 cup of each, I added a handful of thinly sliced sweet strawberries and let sit for 30 mintues. Strain, but don't press fruit through. Use the fruit over ice cream - yum!) I suppose you could just add the same handful of strawberries in the blender, but you'd end up with seeds and not nearly as pretty! NOTE: the Strawberry Simple Syrup is not included in the nutritional facts."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place everything except the strawberry in the blender. Blend till smooth and icy.

Step 2

Pour into a tall tumbler or large wine glass. Garnish with the strawberry. For a fancy presentation, you can run a lime around the lip of the glass and dip in sugar, then pour the drink.

Note: if you like your drinks a little sweeter and fruitier, you can add more of of the Strawberry Simple Syrup.
