Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and thyme. Let rest 1/2 hour.
Step 2
Make meatballs. Dust with flour; save flour.
Step 3
Brown in oil.
Step 4
Add remaining flour and cream.
Step 5
Cook together until gravy forms.
Step 6
Serve over parslied potatoes.
