We really enjoyed these onions as a side to bacon and eggs last night. The only change I made was, that I added less butter at the end, using 1 tablespoon instead. Apart from that all was followed as written. We loved the added flavour of the garlic, the onions were sweet and tender, and the flavour was outstanding. As suggested these onions could used to compliment many dishes. And would be utterly fantastic on a burger! Will be making this one again. Thanks cagey.

These onions would be wonderful complimenting so many recipes. They would be great on a burger or hot dog. Perhaps have them as a side with an omelette brunch. We loved them & will make them gain.
