Fresh Tomato Basil Tortilla Pizza

Place the tortilla shell on a baking sheet and spread the pesto evenly over the shell with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the pesto.
Top with the sliced tomato and onion.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the pizza, if using.
Place the baking sheet inside a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven.
Cook for 5 minutes then broil for 2 minutes.
Allow to cool a couple of minutes before slicing.
