"Quick and easy to put together and keeps for up to a week in the refrigerator. Delicious over any of your favorite greens. I happen to love it served over a grilled half of romaine heart. It is also wonderful over grilled vegetables as well."

Step 1

Add everything to a blender and pulse until well combined. Add the salt and pepper and pulse again. Taste ... and check for the seasoning. When the dressing is finished, add to a small tupperware like container or small jar and refrigerate until ready to use. It is best served chilled. ENJOY!
