Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a medium pot and add the onion, celery and garlic and cook gently until the onion is tender but not coloured.
Step 2
Then add the freekeh and stock and simmer, covered until the freekeh is tender and liquid has been absorbed.
Step 3
Simmer the stringless beans until just tender and also the broad beans - slip their grey coats off once cooked.
Step 4
For the dressing simply combine the ingredients in jar, seal with top and shake or whisk together in a bowl.
Step 5
Place the freekeh mixture into a bowl following by the vegetables and the dressing and mix together light and serve with a scatter of the seeds.
