Step 1
Mix egg, meat, ketchup, 1/2 of the cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and panko crumbs.
Step 2
Shape into 4 patties 1/2 inch thick.
Step 3
Place patties in a nonstick skillet, medium heat; cover, cook 5 minutes.
Step 4
Turn patties over.
Step 5
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Step 6
Cook uncovered for another 5 minutes or until patties are cooked through (160F).
Step 7
Serve in buns.
Step 8
Add your favorite toppings.
