"OMG this is sooooooo good! I had this at Fogarty's not too long ago, and I loved it so much I had to come home and recreate it. I nailed it! Delicious fantail shrimp, scallops and lobster, sauteed with a butter, white wine, garlic and lemon sauce. You can use any white wine you like. I served mine in oval ramekins with Grilled Green Beans and a Side Salad. One scrumptious meal if I do say so myself :) You can easily double, triple etc. this recipe to your family size. PLEASE NOTE: The calorie count etc. on this site is totally off... Please go by the amounts I posted... They are correct! 273 Calories Per Serving: 6 Carbs, 11 Fats, 29 Protein, 409 Sodium, 2 Sugar"
