Step 1: In a small saute pan melt butter, over med-high heat.
Step 2: Add garlic, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3: Add lemon and white wine and let cook for 2 minutes, or until wine reduces a little.
Step 4: Add shrimp, scallops, and lobster. Saute for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Serve with a wedge of lemon.
