Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 large shrimp
  • 2 ounces scallops (bay scallops)
  • 2 ounces lobster (cut into small pieces)
  • Butter (2 pats, 1" square, 1/3" high)
  • 2 ounces white wine
  • Garlic, fresh, chopped, (or more if you like)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced(or more if you like)
  • 1 lemon wedge

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small saute pan melt butter, over med-high heat.

  • Step 2: Add garlic, and cook for 1 minute.

  • Step 3: Add lemon and white wine and let cook for 2 minutes, or until wine reduces a little.

  • Step 4: Add shrimp, scallops, and lobster. Saute for 2 minutes.

  • Step 5: Serve with a wedge of lemon.
