Step 1
Toss pork in oil and spice and cook in a heated frying pan for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until tender and then loosely cover with foil and rest for 3 to 4 minutes and then thinly slice.
Step 2
Bring stock and ginger to boil in a saucepan and add noodles and broccoli and simmer for 3 minutes, or until tender.
Step 3
Serve noodle mixture in bowls topped with pork and garnish with chilli.
