Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook, drain and cool macaroni and set aside.

Step 2

Beat eggs and add reserved orange juice.

Step 3

Add sugar, flour and salt

Step 4

Cook together until thick.

Step 5

Add pineapple juice, whisk and cool completely.

Step 6

Add to macaroni.

Step 7

When cold, add drained pineapple and fruit cocktail and other fresh fruit.

Step 8

Add Cool Whip and marshmallows.

Step 9

Chill.
