The ingredients are:
  • 7 ounces tiny pasta, dry (1 package)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 16 ounces fruit cocktail, drained, reserve juice (1 can)
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh, sliced
  • 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained, reserve juice (1 can)
  • 1 cup bananas, sliced
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice (2 cans)
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 8 ounces cool whip, thawed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook, drain and cool macaroni and set aside.

  • Step 2: Beat eggs and add reserved orange juice.

  • Step 3: Add sugar, flour and salt

  • Step 4: Cook together until thick.

  • Step 5: Add pineapple juice, whisk and cool completely.

  • Step 6: Add to macaroni.

  • Step 7: When cold, add drained pineapple and fruit cocktail and other fresh fruit.

  • Step 8: Add Cool Whip and marshmallows.

  • Step 9: Chill.
