Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook fettuccine in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Meanwhile, heat oil in heavy small skillet over medium-low heat. Add peppers and stir until heated through.

Step 3

Drain fettuccine well. Return to pot.

Step 4

Mix in peppers and pesto.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Serve, passing cheese.

Very good, easy to throw together and great flavor, I have to confess I used purchased green pesto, I plan on making some homemade soon, really the flavor is so much better, this was still great even with the bottled stuff, we enjoyed it very much, thank you for your recipe lazyme.
