  • 1 jar (7 ounce) roasted bell peppers (drained, rinsed, and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto sauce (or homemade)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
  • Freshly-grated Romano cheese or parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook fettuccine in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, heat oil in heavy small skillet over medium-low heat. Add peppers and stir until heated through.

  • Step 3: Drain fettuccine well. Return to pot.

  • Step 4: Mix in peppers and pesto.

  • Step 5: Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 6: Serve, passing cheese.
