Oh Heavens, this is good and made for a perfect light dinner. We didn't even miss a bun as the lettuce was the perfect wrap giving it crunch. Followed the recipe as written, except we upped the garlic and used cilantro because that's what I had on hand, and for the olives used kalamata. So delicious and definitely recommend.
