Step by Step Method
Step 1
Spray a wok or large skillet lightly with oil.
Step 2
Heat wok to medium.
Step 3
Add peppers and sesame seeds, stir around 5 times.
Step 4
Add sesame oil to wok.
Step 5
Add spinach a handful at a time.
Step 6
Stir until the spinach has wilted and is hot through.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper.
