Step 1: Spray a wok or large skillet lightly with oil.
Step 2: Heat wok to medium.
Step 3: Add peppers and sesame seeds, stir around 5 times.
Step 4: Add sesame oil to wok.
Step 5: Add spinach a handful at a time.
Step 6: Stir until the spinach has wilted and is hot through.
Step 7: Season with salt and pepper.
