"Tender, colorful and zesty steak fajitas made with Corona beer. Chicken breasts can be used in place of the steak. For a spicier dish,throw in a sliced jalapeno along with the bell peppers. The two hours prep is marinating time. Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, shredded cheese, and of course, more Corona :)"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Place in a non-reactive dish and add enough beer to coat the meat (drink the remaining beer). Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Add the chopped tomato and the lime juice. Check seasoning and adjust to taste.

Step 6

Cook until meat is done and vegetables are tender. Serve at once with warm tortillas.
