Elvis Presley's Mushroom Gravy Meatloaf
"This was one of elvis favorites, you can add a can of mushroom soup to the gravy if you want lighter gravy.but the restaurants probably make like this Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans"

Mix all ingredients in large bowl for meat loaf
Put in large bread pan
Bake in 350 degree oven for 90 minutes
Let set for 5 minutes while making gravy
Prepare the gravy.
In a saucepan melt butter with oil.
Sauté the mushrooms, stirring, until tender and browned and the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in flour until well blended. And lightly browned
Add the beef stock
And continue cooking, stirring, until thickened.
Add the Kitchen Bouquet and Worcestershire sauce.
Continue simmering, uncovered, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes.
Taste and add salt and pepper, as needed.
Spoon the gravy over the sliced meatloaf
