I loved this chickpea salad. It had the best flavor after 24 hours of marinating. I couldn't decide if I liked it better on its own or as a dip with tortilla chips. BOTH! Yum!

I really liked this refreshing salad. Easy to throw together and good flavor. I added a touch of apple cider vinegar just because I like the taste. I would definitely make this recipe again.
