Step 1

Preheat over to 350 degrees farenheit.

Step 2

On a double layer of foil approximately 26 x 12-inches, place the carrots and potatoes.

Step 3

Pour the can of gravy over the carrots and potatoes and fold the edges of the foil together tightly to seal.

Step 4

Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour 30 minutes or until the carrots and potatoes are tender.

I love recipes that are not only quick and easy and taste as great as this foiled vegetable packet. I also used a gravy mix and also made a packet using the 10 ounces of water and Vegeta thickened for the Vegetarians, both made for an awesome side. I used freshly dug Yukon Golds and baby carrots from the garden, tossed in a couple of baby onions I had on hand. This is going to see to one of repeats! Going to try them on the grill as well. Will look for the Campbells gravy mix on my next city shop.

I made this using a dehydrated packaged gravy mix that I combined with 10 ounces of water, threw everything together in a foil packet and cooked it over indirect heat on the grill. Very tasty.
