  • 3 medium potatoes, cut into quarters (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) gravy, chicken (preferably Campbells)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat over to 350 degrees farenheit.

  • Step 2: On a double layer of foil approximately 26 x 12-inches, place the carrots and potatoes.

  • Step 3: Pour the can of gravy over the carrots and potatoes and fold the edges of the foil together tightly to seal.

  • Step 4: Bake at 350°F. for 1 hour 30 minutes or until the carrots and potatoes are tender.
