Step 1
Cut the half head of cabbage into 4 wedges, remove core, they should be approximately 1 1/2 inches on the wide side.
Step 2
Place in a steamer, side by side. Steam for 6 minutes on one side, flip and steam for a further 6 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from steamer, butter and season with salt and pepper, serve.
