  • 1 1/2 pounds green cabbage (medium sized green cabbage, 1/2 head)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the half head of cabbage into 4 wedges, remove core, they should be approximately 1 1/2 inches on the wide side.

  • Step 2: Place in a steamer, side by side. Steam for 6 minutes on one side, flip and steam for a further 6 minutes.

  • Step 3: Remove from steamer, butter and season with salt and pepper, serve.
