This was easy to make AND delicious! I used broccoli, carrots, peas and green onion as my stir fry vegetables (to go along with the red bell pepper and zucchini called for in the recipe). My family enjoyed this over rice and I ate it without. Tasty both ways! Made for the AmaZ’ing Race 2023 (Kyoto, Japan).
