"Very simple recipe that adds a lovely flavour to the pork. Because the size of the tenderloin will vary check the internal temp 150 is light pink, 160 just well done. I like to line my tray with "Release" foil to save on the clean up"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 400f.
Step 2
Mix the honey, soy & garlic powder.
Step 3
Trim off any fat or membrane from the loin.
Step 4
Paint the loin all over with the honey mixture.
Step 5
Place the loin in an oven proof tray, the roasting using up all the honey mixture.
Step 6
Check the internal temperature.
Step 7
Let the loin rest 5 minutes before cutting.
