YUM! I usually roast pork tenderloin over veggies and I did it with this delicious recipe too. The pork was tender and juicy and the veg had great flavour. Will see repeats here for sure!

Easy and good and quick! I like this recipe as it also uses items (and only 3 at that ) that I always have on hand. I like what another reviewer said about putting the pork over vegetables and I think I will try that next time, but this is great just the way it was posted. Thanks for sharing!

I chose your recipe to cook 2 on-sale pork tenderloins because it was so easy & cook-friendly. I used my pastry brush to apply the "glaze" (using finely-minced roasted garlic & black pepper) & then roasted them atop broccoli florets & baby potatoes. This method works esp well w/a combo of carrot coins, onion sections & mushrooms as it lets the lovely meat drippings join the glaze to flavor the veggies. Adjusting the sweetness level for the veggies used is an option. All that said, it was a tasty meal & thx so much for sharing the recipe w/us. :-)
